Research use only — not for human or animal consumption
How we know what is in the vial.
Peptides2U supplies research compounds to laboratories, so the paperwork matters as much as the powder. This page sets out what we test, what we document and how material is stored and shipped — with no claims we cannot evidence per batch.
Batch documentation available
Certificate of analysis supplied on request, quoted against the batch you receive.
Third-party tested
Identity and purity testing routed through independent analytical laboratories.
Tracked delivery
Every UK order ships tracked, with dispatch confirmation by email.
Cold-chain packaging
Insulated mailers and gel packs where the compound requires it.
Third-party testing
Identity and purity testing is routed through independent analytical laboratories rather than performed in-house, so the result is not ours to influence.
Batch documentation, including a certificate of analysis, is available on request for any catalogue item. Quote the batch number printed on the vial label and we will send the paperwork that matches the batch you were sent.
Batch documentation
Every item is supplied against a batch. The documentation is issued per batch, not per product line, which is why we ask for the number on the label rather than the product name.
Institutional buyers who need paperwork filed ahead of delivery can request it at the point of order.
Storage & handling
Lyophilised vials are stored and shipped for storage at -20°C. In powder form the peptide is stable; it is reconstitution that starts the clock.
Pen kits hold a liquid cartridge and are stored at 2–8°C. Do not freeze a pen kit: ice formation at the freezing front destroys the peptide, and the damage is not visible in the cartridge.
Consumables — bacteriostatic water, syringes, pen needles and pen devices — are stored at room temperature, dry and sealed until use.
Reconstitution basics
Lyophilised material is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, added slowly against the vial wall rather than directly onto the cake, and dissolved by gentle swirling. Do not shake.
We supply the diluent and the consumables but not a protocol: concentration and volumes are for the researcher to determine for their own experiment. Nothing on this site is a dosing instruction.
Packaging & dispatch
Orders ship tracked, with a dispatch confirmation and tracking reference by email. Outer packaging is plain and carries no reference to the contents.
Where a compound needs temperature control in transit it travels in an insulated mailer with gel packs. Dispatch runs Monday to Friday.
Research use only
All products are intended for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. Not for human or animal consumption, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic or any in-vivo use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional.
We publish no dosing guidance, no protocols and no efficacy claims, and we will not advise on in-vivo use.
Need documentation for a specific batch?
Quote the batch number from the vial label when you order and we will return the matching paperwork.
